These Terms of Use are an Agreement (the “Agreement”) JEEVAN HERBAL PHARMACEUTICALS, a Company incorporated under the Laws of India and having its Corporate Office at Opp. Hanuman Vatika , Karnal Road , kaithal, Hry, 136027 And SCO 47, Sector 11, Panchkula , Hry 134109 Haryana. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”), and you (“you” or “User”). This Agreement sets forth the Legal terms and conditions governing your use of this and each Web Property (collectively referred to herein as the “Site”) and for your purchase and/or use of any JH Products, Services (collectively referred to hereinafter as, “Offerings”). Your use of the Site and all Information, Data, Text, Software, Images, Sounds or other Materials contained therein, or your use or purchase of any other Offerings confirms your Unconditional Agreement to be bound by this Agreement and is subject to your continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, do not access or otherwise use the Site or participate in any of the Offerings. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or other Offerings, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site or Offerings, except for the limited warranties that may apply to JH’S Product Offerings or as otherwise expressly stated in the Rules of conduct (ROC).

This Agreement and the JH Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), Rules of Conduct (ROC) and any other terms and policies incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Other Policies”), constitute the entire Agreement between you and us pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. No waiver of any
of the provisions of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall any such waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. The Information and Features included in this Site are subject to change at any time without notice. By accessing or linking to this Site (to the extent linking is permissible), you assume the risk that the Information on this Site may be changed or removed.

All JEEVAN HERBAL Products are covered by JH Customer Product Refund Policy. If the product is found defective or used, customer is entitled to return the Products within 7 days from the date of delivery for a Full Refund. The Refund Policy is applicable only for Products in marketable condition, and Unused Products accompanied with an Invoice. This Policy does not apply to Products that have been intentionally Damaged or Misused.

YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR PRIVACY
If you provide Information to the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete Information that was requested from you, and you agree to maintain and update such Information as appropriate. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced solely in accordance with the Laws of India, and the Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this regard. This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.

TERMINATION
This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from us, if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of termination, the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liabilities, damages and
remedies set forth in this Agreement shall survive.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Return Policy

All JEEVAN HERBAL PHARMACEUTICAL Products are covered by Jeevan Herbal’s Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Product is found defective: You are entitled to Return it within 5- 7 days from the Date of Delivery for a Full Refund The Invoice for the Purchase should be available upon Return of the Products This Policy does not apply to Products that have been Intentionally Damaged or Mishandled.

Cancellation Policy

Customers will have an option to cancel their orders through the dashboard when they login into their profile. Customer needs to initiate the order Cancellation within the next business day after the Payment In case the order has already been shipped, they need to approach the customer care through the Call or email to info@jeevanherbal.com directly and get the order cancelled with Refund. Product should not be opened/used and should be in a Marketable Condition.
