Ways To Prevent Typhoid
It is a serious disease that can be prevented by following some simple steps.
Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
Step 2: Avoid eating raw fruits and vegetables unless they have been washed or peeled with clean water.
Step 3: Cook the food thoroughly to kill the bacteria that cause typhoid fever.
Step 4: Drink only safe water or beverages, such as bottled water, boiled water, or carbonated drinks that have been sealed.
Step 5: Avoid non-vegetarian food in typhoid.
Step 6: Do not eat anything full of stomach.
Step 7: Don’t eat food that gets digested late.
Step 8: Avoid consumption of tea, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes in typhoid.
